Brent W. Parks
Before embarking on a career in Real Estate sales and Property Management, Brent W. Parks spent many years farming and running the Baugh & Reser Hardware store he opened in Lafayette Indiana. Farming taught him the meaning of hard work, long hours, and thrift. Running the hardware store taught him management skills and brought him into contact with many contractors and professionals working in the service industry. When, in 1984, he decided to establish BW Parks, his own Real Estate and Property Management firm. His hard work ethic, ability to manage, and many contacts allowed him to provide outstanding service to a rapidly growing client list.
Today, BW Parks is a successful organization serving many clients in the Lafayette Indiana area. “Our goal is to meet our clients’ needs and to do it with a personal touch,” says Brent. “We must be doing a good job of reaching that goal. We have a lot of satisfied clients who are more than happy to have us look after their properties.”
The management expertise of BW Parks encompasses every type of residential property on the market from historic apartment buildings to student housing, bank foreclosures, and appointed receiverships. The firm’s range of services is broad:

Katie Anderson
Need help finding an apartment? Look no further than our Leasing Manager, Katie Anderson. Katie has been with BW Parks Property Management since November 2009. Originally from the Lafayette area, she has grown up in the leasing industy. She enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs when she is not hard at work renting out homes for her wonderful tenants to live!
Karrie Moore
Our on site Accountant is Karrie Moore. She has been with BW Parks Property Management since August 2008. Before joining our office, she spent 15 years in the banking industry. Originally from the Greater Lafayette area, she has a vast knowledge and understanding of the local vicinity. Karrie is here to help with our clients and tenants’ needs. Karrie enjoys spending time with her family and crunching numbers!
